Guess what ? .. I got into SMU's Bachelor of Social Science programme ! Hehe . They sent me one whole long letter about how fantastic the course is and even though it's really all just plain old marketing and obviously the entire letter is from a set template , i have to say that i'm quite psyched up . Especially the line about "You'll benefit from special activities and experience organised with the University of Pennsylvania including research seminars and enriching student exchange and summer programmes on campus in the USA " .. Haha . Let's just hope that SMU is not pulling me legs .

The dinner with the TAs and the coffee after was nice . It's been a while i must say. Oh yes , and eclaircissment , from the word eclaircise , means "the clearing up of anything which is obscure or not easily understood; an explanation." I'm sure i've learnt more exciting multi-syllabic words in JC , but i can no longer remember them .
