Adventures into Macdonalds

It's been a long time since i've actually eaten a proper meal at Macdonalds , i've only been there for their breakfast and their endless supply of coffee and tea . So today, after one entire day of lazing at home , i went to get a hair cut and got myself macdonalds for dinner . There is something absolutely absurd about the whole affair and as i stood there for a minute deciding what to get , i went to counter and ordered a longevity meal . Yep . A longevity meal . while i looks fine in words , it did feel a bit silly telling the young punk at the counter . "can i have the longevity meal ?" . First of all , it sounds like i'm ordering a burger with magical properties and the ancient chinese deities are waiting to jump out from the kitchen and grant me a long life and second of all, there is no way a set of burger and fries will extend my life because if anything , the amount of cholestrol in the meal serves to shorten my life and not grant me longevity. I know it's the whole chinese new year promotion going on , but there's definitely something odd about the whole thing as i tried to keeping my snickering to myself and not seem like a psycho . Well , at least i didn't order the prosperity meal . Yep . There is a prosperity meal .Which again , ironically, is the more expensive meal between the two promotions .


On a side note . the burgers are quite nice . quite messy to eat . but it's okay .
