i have such a horrid headache that i can't think properly at this moment with the constant throbbing in my head that reveberates through my entire body . It's truly a pathetic state to be in at this point of time. Temperature registered by my thermometer , 37.5 degrees . All these useless white tablets parading as panadol claiming to end my torture are not working . i think i need to go lie down and just breathe . slowly .
