i managed to catch "Elephant" . it's a movie for the ignorant ones . It's about the shootouts in the American schools that have happened a couple years back . There is paradoxical relationship where the director draws and audiences into the film to the theme to being emotionally distant and frigid. A sense of complacency surrounds everyday life is conveyed through the film , things that seem insignificant could turn their back and haunt you . A short film no doubt , but highly disturbing , will set you out of the theatres in a dazed , wondering about , where do we go from here ? . Well , "most importantly , have fun. "
