i had enough .

You know , i think i finally understand why people say being in a CCA is just a thankless job . especially when people leading the ccas have fuck for brains . I think the underlying similiarity is that when anyone willingly offers to be part of a cca , they are sacrificing their time to do whatever people want to do in their free time . May it to be a smugger , or their own secret part time job of being a porn star . Point is , with this common demoninator of sacrifice , you expect people in your shoes to understand and may i even boldy state , to cooperate .

But of course , if they even understood the meaning of cooperation , i wouldn't even be blogging about it and everyone would happy running along the hills of teletubby land. As many of you would know , i've been planning a dive trip and i will state right here , right now that it's a extremely thankless job . How i went from cheap labour in NS to free labour in school is an idea that completely eludes me. Anyway , i think people don't understand the meaning of urgency , but i'm pretty sure they know what is the meaning of personal jurisdiction . Let's introduce a character here and name it "nemo" , it being a dive trip and all . I've learnt loads from nemo . I mean , i've learnt that your own personal work always comes first . I would be going round in circles and approaching nemo for help would be as good as talking to a trash can . excuses i've heard range from "i'm studying for my marketing test" , "i've got work to do, tell you later" .. now , if things weren't even remotely urgent , why would i even waste my stupid time talking to you , i have a thousand and one things to do and let's see , i have a sociology test , i had a psychology test which i totally screwed up, endless BGS readings to do and i haven't even read a single piece of my $48 plural perspective readings . So i mean , there . now i've learnt . your work comes first . everyone can go to hell .

Nemo , as you all would know by now , is a clown fish . highly ornamental . You can't eat it , it's just there . hiding in anemones . which what i think that problem is . Highly ornamental (read : dumb) people shouldn't be in leadership positions (anemones) where they are protected by their position. It's bad enough that you're not exactly helping , i don't think one should go about making trouble and creating unnecessary work for everyone else. I mean it's ridiculous that you don't share you plans with other people and all of the sudden, bring it up to the stakeholders and expect the entire world to back you up on your stupid ideas. You also think that people learn their lessons once , but they don't . I've seen nemo pull the same stunt twice and obvious , highly ornamental people come up with equally ornamental plans and if the plans suck , people don't follow you . A leader don't just define directions . they pick the CORRECT direction . Don't expect people to follow you to hell , esp when the amount of charisma you have is the same number of pink clothes i have in my closet. (answer :none)

Indecision also plagues clown fish . They swim in and out the anemone unable to decide whatever they want to do . In fact, i don't even think they can decide what they want to wear , which explains the same ol' combination of clothes everyday . it's fugly . I had to make numerous edits to countless administrative matters . Once in a while, when a decision is made , it's usually a bad one . They follow the mantra of "if at first you don't succeed , try again" . This is flawed . If something wrong in the first place , trying the same method the next few thousand times will give you same results . the new mantra should read "at first you don't succeed , admit your stupidity , make amendments and try again"
