you know what really grinds my gears ?

yeah . u know what really irks me and i mean like really really irks me . i don't understand how people can be SO irresponsible when it comes to work . i think people have to get this through to their head that deadlines are deadlines . I don't care how much sleep you have , how tired you are , when you have a job to do , you jolly well produce it before the deadline . I don't care if your pet rabbit is dying or whatever shit . If you can't produce , it's a alert to tell the entire world that you're quite useless and serious dispensable. I just don't get it . People my age are young , vibrant , go-getters so why is not all that translating into their work attitude . To survive in any industry , you just have to rise up to occasion . work your ass off if you need to create that brilliant end result . Sacrifice sleep . You'll get all the sleep when u'll need when u die anyway .

I also don't understand how people can have no ownership of their work and produce shit . I don't care how much you like the organisation you're working for , you produce ur work on time with quality . It's called professionalism and if you're not interested in producing quality work that is very indicative of your work ethics , then maybe you should reconsider being a tai tai or something . Everyone needs to understand that whatever work you produce is indicative of your personal capabilities .

if you do all these . at least being stupid is not so much a crime . it's just eugenics .
