Sorry for late reply, because this few day i waiting for apple reply, so late reply you. Unfortunate the ship date had delay for further notice. I will try to chase them, see this few day they will give me the hard disk or not. I tomorrow update you again. Very sorry, i already try all i can to help, but the part stock is not control by service center.

Before anyone starts on the IT people can't speak good english defense . Let me just say that it's rubbish . Anyone who have gone though primary and secondary english education should be able to string together a proper grammatically correct sentence. This being an official reply from a corporation/firm with a reputation to maintain , shouldn't it sound a bit more professional ? .. Even if your standard of english is not up to par , with the vast resources on the Internet, one can easily check for the proper word to use etc .
