Fitful sleep . Sore throat . lots of email to clear . fire drill . lunch . epiphany . annoyed . stupid adults . reese peanutbutter cup . more sore throat . more stupid adults . missed exercising . panadol . vcd . blog . now & later . more panadol . drowsy flu medicine .
