Major Fashion Faux Pas

As much as i love Legally blonde , i don't entirely agree with Elle Wood's fashion choices all the time . So Exhibit A . Elle Woods , in a truly hideous green bath robe looking thing , taken from the movie Legally Blonde circa 2001 . Fast-forward to year 2007 , Salvatore Ferragamo Winter 07 collection . The same hideous thing appears in front of my face . Seriously .

I was flipping through my magazine and when i saw the picture i just knew i had to do the side by side comparison and share it with the entire world . Pffft . What the is the house of ferragamo doing ? ... No inspiration much ?
